Legal Disclosure & Risk Warning
Please read this disclosure carefully before using the Rugdrome interface. By using the Interface, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Interface.
1. Summary
Rugdrome is a decentralized interface that allows users to interact with automated market maker (AMM) smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or investment advisor. This disclosure explains key risks, rights, and limitations associated with using the Interface and the underlying Protocol. You should base any decision to participate on the content of this disclosure as a whole, not merely on the summary.
2. Important Warnings
- This disclosure has not been approved by any competent authority. The operator of the Interface is solely responsible for its content.
- Digital assets associated with the Protocol may lose value in part or in full, may not always be transferable, and may not be liquid.
- These digital assets are not covered by investor compensation schemes or deposit guarantee schemes.
- Participation does not create any financial instrument, security, or investment contract between you and the Interface operator.
3. The Interface Is Not the Protocol
The Interface provides a convenient way to access the Rugdrome Protocol, which consists of immutable, self-executing smart contracts. We do not own, control, or operate the Protocol. We are not a liquidity provider, do not execute trades, and never take custody of your digital assets. All transactions occur directly between you and the smart contracts on a peer-to-peer basis.
4. No Advice
Information displayed on the Interface is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Interface is a recommendation to acquire, dispose of, or hold any digital asset. You should consult your own professional advisors before making any decisions.
5. Risk Factors
Technology risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws. Security audits do not eliminate all risk. You interact with the Protocol entirely at your own risk.
Market risk: Digital assets can be highly volatile and illiquid. Prices may change rapidly, and liquidity may be fragmented across multiple pools.
User error: You are responsible for verifying transaction details, token addresses, slippage settings, and recipient addresses. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible.
Regulatory risk: Laws and regulations governing crypto-assets are evolving and differ by jurisdiction. Access may be restricted in certain locations. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.
Self-custody risk: You must use a non-custodial wallet. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Loss or compromise of your wallet is your sole responsibility.
6. Rights and Obligations
Using the Interface does not grant you any ownership interest, equity, voting right, or claim against the Interface operator, except as expressly provided by the Protocol smart contracts. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your transactions.
7. No Warranties
The Interface is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free access. Protocol functionality may change or be discontinued without notice.
8. Governing Law
Your use of the Interface is governed by the terms set out in this disclosure. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law and, where applicable, through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class or representative proceedings are not permitted.
By using the Interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this Legal Disclosure and its associated risks.
